Wendy asks:
Hey, just wondering, did your family eat healthy growing up? Just thinking about the dinners my mom used to make—ugh, bad patterns were set in motion early, thanks for the truth.

Are you
Kidding
The 50’s
Housewife
Thinking re:
Food
No, not
At all…

The massive
Corporations
Had their
Privacy then…
Not anymore
Educated
Consumers
Have changed
That forever….

We were
All raised
On processed
Sugar, the
Lies of
Nutrition
Nothing
New about it
However…
The fluorescent
Kids are
Eating today
Well, that’s
Beyond…
And, it shows
Look around
The effects
Are everywhere…
Most important
Habits that
Don’t work
For your life
Can
Be broken
And
Habits that
Absolutely do
Work beautifully
Can, easily
Be built…
