Fruit Salad with Citrus Cream Sauce, absolutely!
Fresh, sweet and amazingly filling
This simple fruit salad goes a long way
Make plenty this weekend
And save the leftovers for perfect snacks throughout the week

Recipe: Fruit Salad with Citrus Cream Sauce
Ingredients
1, 8 oz fat free vanilla yogurt (or a nondairy alternative)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 orange, juiced
4 cups fruit, chopped into bite size pieces
(example: 1 banana, 2 kiwi, 1 apple & 1 orange)
2 cups low fat graham crackers, crushed
Mint leaves for garnish
Steps
1. Mix all of the ingredients except the fruit and graham crackers in a small mixing bowl.
2. Place 1/2 cup of the graham crackers in the bottom of a serving bowl.
3. Add 1 cup of the fruit on top of the crackers and pour 1/4 cup of the poppy seed dressing over the fruit.
4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
