Susan Powter Recipe: Cauliflower au Gratin Ingredients 1 head cauliflower – coarsely chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate 1/2 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs Steps 1. Steam the cauliflower until tender. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 3. Lightly oil a baking dish. Spread the cauliflower in the bottom of the dish. 4. Combine the mustard and apple concentrate. Spread over the top of the cauliflower. 5. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. 6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until the bread crumbs are lightly browned.
